BH 503 headset cannot even be detected by my laptop

I have a Toshiba Portege R835 with Windows 7 Home Premium x64. I am using a Medialink BT Adapter 3.0+HS Class 2 specs. I am able to pair with my Nokia C3 00 mobile but my BH 503 headset cannot even be detected by my laptop. Please advise what drivers need to be downloaded for my BH 503 to be detected.
