Install a new Theme with Theme Installer and now my desktop is black

Hello, I really screwed up my computer. I was trying to use the Theme Installer than I downloaded from here to install the "Glass Onion" theme and after I restarted and logged in the desktop was BLACK and I keep getting this prompt (pop up) to select and change Start Button or Restore Original Explorer Backup.

It doesn't matter which option I click the pop up doesn't work Please Helpp!

Please Help me or refer the post to someone who can help because I don't know what to do.

Which os you are using?
From which website you downloaded theme( maybe its a virus}

Try to start pc in safe mode
Press f8 during start up and select safe mode and scan machine with your av or malwarebytes

Have you tried to do a system restore to a point before you install the theme?

Glass Onion ... I have used the theme previously , as I can remember . IMO you have made some mess while changing system files of the theme , what you need is to get back to the default at once .

First try the tutorial posted by Bongo ... follow the option two of System Restore .
