System performance "slow" warning in any game, but running just fine

I'm very tired of seeing this message booting me to desktop just to ask me if I want to change the color scheme because it perceives my computer is running slow. Load up Batman AC? 10 minutes in focus changes from said full-screen app to this completely unnecessary 'warning'. Battlefield 3? Same thing. Assassin's Creed? Same thing. Skyrim? Oh of COURSE same thing.... I dont need Windows to tell me that my resources are being used when I KNOW they are being used...

Am I really going to have to go into Properties and Compatibility mode for EVERY game I play? Why cant such a large money gobbling corporation be intelligent enough to know that when I click on the "Keep current settings and never show me this message again" means I NEVER WANT TO SEE THAT DAMN MESSAGE EVER AGAIN, FOR ANY GAME???

Sorry, its just ridiculous that I have clicked that button so many times yet it continues to show! It specifically says "Keep the current color scheme and don't show this message again" Yet even after clicking said button it still shows... Annoying!

oh and inb4getmoarRAM.
