I have that exact same drive and do not have those files.
Have you installed and run the Intel SSD toolbox?
What firmware are you using? I'm on 4PC10362.
I'm wondering if those files are temp files of some kind that would disappear with a disc cleanup?

Yes i have installed
intel Solid-State Drive Toolbox v3.0.2.
and I think I have same firmware 0362 (latest one)
In toolbox after running optimize SSD (TRIM) files disappears for a bit but reappears shortly after.
I connected SSD to intel H61 sata2 port, in bios sata set to ahci mode, installed Intel RST 10.8.0.1003 driver.

I'd contact Intel support.
For what it is worth, I am using an H67 chipset and 10.8.0.1008 driver.
Those files are apparently related to the toolbox optimization and TRIM. I can't help you, but I would get to the bottom of it through Intel directly.
