I'm working on a system that crashes outlook every time the user reads a email from someone else that is not inhouse email. I had to turn on read all email as sample text and it works find by they have the long URL of newsletters and such. For now she okay with it but I will have to get a fix for her back to "normal" working functions soon. I been looking around but have yet to find any thing that match my problems. I thought I give a yell here and see what others can see what I can't.
thank you in advance for your help.

Zak

some update for those who facing same issue:

1) importantly just delete the following folder key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes
as per: http://forum.groovypost.com/microso...reading-or-opening-some-emails-t95911-50.html

2) Turn on read all email as sample text (still outlook was crashing)
3) Disabled all add-ons (still outlook was crashing)
4) run outlook in safe mode (still outlook was crashing)

5) update outlook 2010 >> outlook 2013 (Solved the issue for me)

but Please if there is away to solve this issue without updating the outlook, wih some change or fix.
Please share it with us.
