BSOD randomly occurs 1-5 times per day. Zips and info attached.

HI,
I get a blue screen of death maybe 1-5 times a day on my very new Lenovo Thinkpad x220.
Windows 7 64 bit which was pre-installled when I bought the system 3 months ago.

I have attached all files as per BSOD posting instructions including perfmon report.

Any and all help appreciated as is beginning to drive me insane and losing unsaved work.

These were driver verified and related to Citrix Deterministic Network Enhancer miniport, or Cisco VPN. Yours is from 2008.

I would remove it at least to test.

Seems like you have Enabled Driver Verifier please disable it, Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Looks like possible cause is your video driver, though your drivers seems fairly recent at December 2011.

Please open an elevated command prompt and run "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes).

Then go to Intel's site at:

Intel® Driver Update Utility

And use the driver update utility.

Let us know how that goes for you.

Thanks for your replies.
My machine crashed again today. I had already removed Cisco VPN. I turned on Driver Verifier as instructed and my machine wouldn't boot - basically blue screened everytime. So I booted into safe mode and disabled verifier. Have attached the new dump log.
Any other ideas gratefully accepted.

What were the results of the system file check?

Also, you still have remnants of the Citrix Deterministic Network Enhancer miniport, or Cisco VPN drivers. Did you uninstall this software? Have you disabled Driver Verifier as instructed?

No integrity problems detected on scan.
I followed the driver verifier instructions and my machine kept crashing on startup so I had to reset this.
No, I removed the Cisco drivers but did not uninstall - will try this now
