Repair/Recover HP_RECOVERY Partition

I have an HP Mini 110-3000. I think I have pretty messed up with the boot configuration. However, I still have an HP_RECOVERY partition intact and another partition named BOOT (X. There is no OS installation on any of the drives, though BIOS shows a Win 7 installation.
The main issue is that I want to do a factory restore using the HP_RECOVERY partition. The partition is already set to active. But when I boot it gives me a WINDOWS\system32\winload.exe file missing\not found. Already I have rebuild the BCD. What must I do to make this system use its HP_RECOVERY partition to do a factory restore.

I think what I actually need is how to get the recovery manager which I think resides in the recovery partition to get working again. Would some be kind enough to be of help.

Did you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

Please post back a camera snap of the maximized drive map with listings using free Partition Wizard

Browse into Partitions to find which one holds the Windows folder, then mark it Active. Next click on the same HD # to highlight it, then from Disk tab select Rebuild MBR, Apply, reboot. This may start Win7 without the need to run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times from Win7 DVD or System Repair Disc - Create. You can also try F8 System Recovery Options if they survived.
