BSOD with wifi adapter, error 0x1000007f

So my dad put together a pc with some of our best parts and it worked fine.
Until i attached the Creatix CTX 405 Wifi adapter that is...
It worked fine a few days but later i just got the BSOD more and more often.
Once i couldnt even get to the login screen before the BSOD showed up.
So i removed the adapter and restarted pc and the problem was gone.
Then i connected the adapter again and it worked now. So i cleaned the registry and reinstalled the driver from Creatix website and it worked for a few days but then it showed up AGAIN!
Plz help me solve this cuz its gettin very anoying!

My Specs are:
- ASUS M3A78-EMH HDMI Motherboard
- AMD Phenom 8450 Triple-Core Processor 2.10 GHz
- 2 GB RAM
- ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics Card Integraded
- Creatix CTX 405 802.11g Adapter Wifi

Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x86 (32-bit)
- the original installed OS on the system? No

- What is the age of system (hardware)? About 5 months
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) About 2 months

EDIT: Since the only crashes I see are caused by your WLAN card, if you want, you can ignore everything I posted after that since they haven't caused any problems in the past and messing with them might create new problems. If after removing the card the crashes start occurring, then I would start updating the stuff listed below. I do however recommend updating to SP1. Also, it is a good habit to keep up on the latest drivers such as your video card (yours are 2 years out of date) and also your Windows updates.

EDIT 2: Looking at your system log it appears you have been getting BSOD since November 2011 relating to this driver. There were only two mini dumps in the report. In the future, do not run any system/drive cleaners as it deletes the very important mini dumps that are needed to diagnose your problems.

Crashes are being caused by your WLAN driver. It is from 2006 and looking at their site it appears they are very old and not supported in Windows 7. I would look into purchasing a Windows 7 compatible WLAN card.

A known BSOD maker in Windows 7. The 2005/4 version of this driver is known to cause BSOD on Windows 7 systems.
Download the ATK0110 utility from here - ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE.
Expand Utilities and it is the 12th item down
After you install it browse to C:\windows\system32\drivers and check the properties of ASACPI.sys and make sure it now says 2009.

Remove AMD Overdrive. It is known to cause problems on some machines

Update your video card - ATI Radeon

Remove Daemon Tools. It is known to cause problems

I would see if you can get a newer version/driver of your VM software - VMware Virtualization Support, Desktop and Datacenter Virtualization Product Downloads

Update to SP1 - Learn how to install Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1)

If crashes continue after doing all of above then enable driver verifier

Ok i'll try to do all that above.
And Tnx Alot for the Massive info.
However i dont understand with the thing that its unsupported WLAN card.
I used it on my other pc which is abit stronger that this one and it had also the exact same version of windows 7 and there were no problems at all
So i dont think that the problem is with that its old if it worked just fine on a even newer/stronger pc.
BTW how do i remove the AMD Overdrive cuz i cant seem to find it anywhere? Not in Programs and Features, not in program files and not even when i search on start!

Every computer is different. Some things work on one and not on the other. Unfortunately, in your case, it is not working on your current computer and there really isn't anything that can be done since the most recent driver they have is giving you problems.

As for AMD Overdrive, it is associated with AMD Vision Engine Control Center. Please uninstall that software from the Add/Remove programs. If you don't have that either then it can also be apart of Gigabyte Easy Tune

Nope nothin here solved my problem. I just keep gettin the BSOD. Its even a miracle that i could post this without gettin BSOD. So im maybe just gonna buy another, newer WLAN card or WiFi USB adapter or im just gonna install windows xp and use it cuz not only the driver would be fully compatible but my games should also work faster for example NFS Hot Pursuit and my Wii/Gamecube Emulator would work faster cuz the requirements are smaller than on win 7.

Actually i added a extra router (D-Link) connected to the main router (Thomson).
When i got the BSOD i was connected to the Thomson router and now when i connect to the D-Link router i dont get any BSOD any more.
Maybe the Thomson router and the Wifi adapter cant seem to communicate with each other so well.
