Well, I've seen many posts and read many thread about it... but I'm not sure it's that true. I didn't want to say this openly, however I would much rather get in trouble on these forums than I would get in trouble by Microsoft.

I installed Windows 7 32-bit on my old computer and 64-bit on this computer. On BOTH computers, I selected (and completed) 1, 4, 5, and 6. Although, I've yet to run into any problems. Both activated fine, and I still get all of the updates that I normally should.

Here's proof for my 64-bit machine: (Click to Enlarge)

Should I run into any problems, I'll let everyone know in this thread. Also, there's one more question... Is there anything I should be worried about?

Also drxthirst,

When MS has not released the retail copy of windows 7 point 1 and 2 in the patch are same and theres no point in it...

Tried it myself but reverted back and using the Keys released by MS now better to be safe than sorry.

I assumed this would be one of the answers I received. On almost every type of forum they discourage any types of hacks that could potentially harm or corrupt a person's computer. I will make sure that I do not post about hacks anymore. Like I said, I'd much rather get in trouble here than by Microsoft.

I understand. However, as of right now (and no telling how much longer) Windows 7 is my only Operating System. After trying to partition my HDD 3 times so that I could install Windows Vista, Windows 7, Ubuntu, and Windows XP each on their own personal partition, I ended up overwriting everything with Windows XP. So, I was going to re-install Windows Vista Ultimate, however I found out that I had not received a Windows Vista reinstallation CD from DELL when I ordered my computer. Having already burned Windows 7 to a disc, I went ahead and installed it. While installing, there's an option to completely format your HDD, so I went ahead and did exactly that. Now having Windows 7 Ultimate as my only OS, I needed it to last a little longer than August and the watermarks were getting rather old. So, I just decided to go ahead and install the cracks so that I don't have to remove in August as well as removing the watermark and "Send Feedback" link in every window.
