BSOD every time ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40

For two weeks I am getting 2 or 3 times a day the same BSOD with ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40 with my Dell 15z

Mostly it happens when I am not working on the computer.
But also it happens during my work, but I did not notice a real pattern.

My computer is a Dell 15z of 8 months old, 64 bits.
My Windows 7 (Home Premium) was installed by Dell, And I have updated it normally. (Service Pack 1). I also use System Mechanic.

The only strange thing I notice already for a long time (before the BSOD happened the first time) that the computer does not go to sleep when it is not on battery, but stays alive (including the screen the whole night). Or when it is on battery, the next morning there is no energy any more. But I don't know if there is any connection. Of course I changed the settings many times, but no effect.

I really hope someone can give me a direction the find the solution.

These were Related to NETwNs64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation. I would re-install the newest version available.

It may be wise to seek advice under the terms of the Warranty you should have.

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
Remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

Still problems

I did what you suggested. Deinstalled McAfee and replaced it by Microsoft Security Essentials.
I also downloade some new drivers connected to Wirelees Wifi link.

Some days I had no problems. But in the last two days I had three times a BSOD.
Everytime when I did not work on the laptop.

Now I get another message in my memory dump "Dirver Power State Failure".
But still with the same crash adress: ntoskrnl.exe+7cc40

I uploaded the new files.

Any new suggestions??

As before these were related to you PCI NETwNs64.sys driver. Did you re-install it using the newest driver available?

There was a dell technician here and he analysed the system and there was a problem with my harddrive. They will install a new one.

So hopefully the problem is resolved.
