Bugesig.exe has stopped working and has been closed on startup

This happens on every start up that my computer does, running Windows vista though.
I've searched endlessly to find any trace of what this is on the internet but to no avail.
Anyone?>

No idea what that is, but you could prevent it from starting with Windows to avoid seeing the error.

Go to Start -> Run -> type: "msconfig" (no quotes) and hit enter

Go to the startup tab and uncheck the box next to the program, hit apply

I did what you said, but there is nothing there in Start-Up or Services. Also I searched all the drives on my computer and there is no trace of "Bugesig.exe."
