I have created a system repair CD.
Before I make a backup of my hard disk on an external USB hard disk, I decided to test if the system repair CD will allow me to restore my hard disk from a backup on a USB hard disk. The usb HD was not recognized from the system repair environment so I tried to load the USB driver but the driver .sys file was nor recognized either
Is there another way I can restore a backed up version of my HD from a USB portable HD when Windows fails to startup?
