:zip:Hey im back again after solving my last problem, but this is a NEW ONE. I have a HP G62-435Dx with windows 7 64 bit AMD-TurionIIP540. I also have ESET Smart Security and have not had these problems until I installed LASTPASS for changing and storing all my passwords. I also have an external hard drive and a Targus 4 port USB 2.0 hub with 2 PNY 4gb flashdrives and i always leave them plugged in. I was using one of them for readyboost, I have lots of security tools and penetration testing applications installed, hopefully you guys can help save me some time, I am hoping to nip this in the bud before I get any more blue screens.
I have zipped up my minidumps as required and here is my dumps. I may have older logs included so please focus on any dumps from 02-02-12 to 02-06-12

Related to VBoxNetFlt.sys VirtualBox Host Interface Networking Driver from Sun Microsystems, Inc. Running Retina in a VM is even more problematic.

hello again zigzag, you know i had a feeling it was virtualbox but i have disabled the vboxnetwork adapter so i thought that would help, i am gonna uninstall the network card and then try to open my virtual machine again. I havent used retina inside my virtual machines, just from my host machine. i really dont want to get rid of virtualbox however, I had many problems using vmware and I have settled on virtualbox due to the FREENess. I don't really use my virtual servers too often, so I guess I can always reinstall them later if need be, can you give me any ideas on what I should do to avoid future crashes with virtualbox still installed.
Thanks again for your help.

Could be anything. Thats the problem with vm. I can be a pyhsical device, driver, vm porting of the driver, the app itself, etc.

One of the DMPS I read had you running retina (an app I like) but the cause of the crash was VBox

same blue screen is back when restarting computer

:zip:hey man, i have uninstalled the virtual box driver, and i thought it was fixed, but i installed metasploit and noticed that I shouldn't have done that... My system was hogging the cpu, specifically the ndis.sys TID 1484 which was responsible for this. I tried googling this but haven't been able to find any specific answers. I did see that this can be related to virtualization, but I havent run virtualbox in the last 2 weeks, and I didn't uninstall it because I have some virtual hard disks that I don't want to get rid of, if i dont have to, so maybe you can analyze this one more time (new dumps) and see if it is indeed still happening because of virtualbox and i will uninstall it completely... i am gonna zip up the dumps and post them. Just curious what would have been causing this ndis.sys Direct Oid Request+0x3110 problem and the Driver_State_Power_Failure 00000009F BSOD

Newest appears to have been caused but neither verified, nor definitive.
