Ran the crashes just from 2012

Looks like you've got some serious hardware issues going on. Either your CPU or motherboard

http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...0x101-clock_watchdog_timeout-troubleshtg.html

Code:
ladfBakerCamd64.sys Fri Mar 18 20:10:23 2011 (4D83F46F)
A couple crashes blamed this driver. I think it belongs to your Logitech headset. Do you have any other Logitech devices installed? Try downloading the latest software and then check under C:\Windows\System32\drivers and see if the above driver has a newer date - Wireless Gaming Headset G930

Code:
dtsoftbus01.sys Mon Oct 17 08:12:30 2011 (4E9C1BAE)
Remove Daemon Tools. It is known to cause crashes

Code:
Event[118]:
  Log Name: System
  Source: Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Processor-Power
  Date: 2012-02-09T00:21:48.750
  Event ID: 35
  Task: N/A
  Level: Error
  Opcode: Info
  Keyword: N/A
  User: S-1-5-18
  User Name: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
  Computer: Gokay-PC
  Description:
Performance power management features on processor 3 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware.
Download the latest BIOS for your motherboard - EVGA Download Center

Please run these hardware scans
1. Memtest86 - Run for 7-8 passes - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html
2. Prime95 - Run all three tests for 3-4 hours each or until fail - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100352-hardware-stress-test-prime95.html
