Taskbar popup issues

When you hover over the taskbar ( for files currently open ) I keep getting a popup that looks like a mini screen shot of the file. HOW DO I MAKE THAT STOP ?????

That would be the taskbar thumbnail preview. If you like, you could use either option in the tutorial below to disable it. OPTION ONE would be the easiest way though.
