Two considerations come to mind, first what motherboard make and model do you have and secondly have you looked at that boards site for a QVL for RAM ?
Qualified Vendor Lists give you all the info for memory that is certified to work, it doesn't mean other makes wont, but there's no warranty.
Also Corsair have a pretty good tech. sheet for each module they sell, giving exact instructions on how to ensure your board and CPU will work with the Ram.

Shouldn't be a problem. I have an almost identical spec'ed set of Kingston in mine (9-9-9-27 instead of 9-9-9-24) and it has been running at 1600 MHz since the day I installed with zero problems.

It's Asus M5A78L-M/USB3.. And yes I will look. Secondly I have problem with popping noise, it's very very weir noises are coming from the PC, changed my motherboard cause I thought it's the main issue, but no..checked my friends same CPU as mine and RAMs and problem still not solved... Can it be PSU issue that's why it's popping and making those weird noises ? Thanks

Well I've read that especially my CPU isn't compatible with 1600MHz RAMs but I don't think so, cause friend of mine has same CPU and 4GB 2x2GB RAM modules but it's not Corsair and it works perfect...
The problem is that my PC makes popping noises even when I replaced motherboard on a new one, even when I tried my friend's same CPU and same amount of RAM with same specs.

Yes the memory will work but you need to manually set the frequency and voltages in BIOS. Maybe increase your NB volts to 1.4
I suspect a popping noise would be a failing PSU.

Thanks for an idea, I will try to check someone's else PSU. Thanks

This. Nice thing about having a Black Edition CPU is you can leave the HT/FSB at 200, up the multiplier to overclock the CPU and just set the ram at 1600.

Yes I found option in BIOS to do HT/FBS AT 200 but where can I find multiplier ? What it should be named as in BIOS ?

Considering your 955 has a multi of 16, I'm guessing what they showed in the manual is just for reference. Unless you plan on overclocking the CPU I would just leave it on auto. If you do plan on overclocking leave the "CPU/HT Reference Clock" at 200, and bump up the CPU Ratio by .5 at a time, testing for stability till it either crashes or won't load Windows. Then bump up the vcore a bit and try again and see if stable, and if not go back to the last stable multi.

Yes I bumped up 1st time to 3.70Ghz = Worked perfect, then next time I tried to 4.00GHz = Crashed after a while when loaded Windows (On the Desktop).. I've set HT to 200 but after restart it went on 210 and RAM from 1600MHz to 1680Mhz is it OK ? Then another thing, where I should bump up the vcore ? is it the one which is on Auto now ? or it's voltage....core something ?
