Hi,

I received a .pdf document which asks me to chech yes or no. However, I can't do anything with the document. Could you please show me how. Thanks.

I'm guessing you mean that you have to type or edit into the pdf and cant using adobe pdf reader.
if you use nitro pdf reader it will allow you to do so

You can complete form fields in PDF's with an up to date version of Adobe PDF Reader, but it's also possible the person who authored the document has got the setup parameters wrong... :)
