cannot find or delete netwerkprinters in hardware & devices

I can find several people who have the same trouble but no answers? Or donot I look properly? Please help me because I cannot change the standard use of mij laserprinter to grey and concept instead of color en normal. That makes it very expensive. Thanks in advance, Mulligen

When you see below window highlight item you want to remove then click Remove Device.

Also some items can be listed under Program and Features instead of Device Manager hardware.
