Solved Will it be safe to delete this files/folders?

Sorry for being a dummy, after using TreeSize Free, I saw the files/folders that are consuming so much space in C: the question is, will it be safe to delete them? Here they are:
Folders.jpg
I specified them to not confuse them with others
I'm losing space(maybe 1gig above) without downloading something and TreeSize was recommended so I used it also after playing I 'always' use CCleaner:Secure file deletion advanced overwrite(I don't even know if this differs from normal) and registry cleaner(I'll just fix all issues) and Disk Cleanup ran it as admin and I'm still losing space though not that big e.g.
as I check: 90 gb
later or tomorrow: 89.7 gb
day after tomorrow: maybe 88 gb
Someone out there not harsh on noobs and can 'basically' advise me why should or shouldn't I delete them?

Hi Judirek, Welcome to the forums, I would certainly not delete any of those files , They are needed for the smooth operation of the OS and windows sidebyside and for system restore ,Have a look at this article to give you a better understanding WinSxS Folder in Windows 7 explained | WinVistaClub It will help you to reduce the size of the files without harming the system :)

Some of your disk space is going to System Protection. Once it gets it's 10%(you can change that) it will slow down.

By default, Windows 7 will allocate up to 10% of your total C: drive/partition size to be used by system protection to store system restore points in this allocated disk space. This allocated space will no longer be available as free space on the drive/partition.

This will show you how to adjust the maximum disk space used for system protection in Windows 7.

@pebbly - Thanks for the advice :D
@Bongo - Thank you also, I decreased the Disk Space Usage to 1%, deleted the restore points and turned off the system protection will it still continue eating space?(I won't be needing restore points)

You're welcome, you may ,sometime in the future, regret turning off system protection and restore .If you have a problem in the future you will not be able to rely on a system restore to put you back to where you were before you messed up ;) You would only be left with having to reinstall , Just my opinion :)

@pebbly - Okay I don't want to regret something XD is it okay to set Disk Space Usage to 1% and to 'only restore previous version of files'? Btw will the allocated space be returned as free/usable space?
