World of Warcraft Installation Problems. Installer quits working at 4%

I've just recently purchased World of Warcraft for my computer. I have tried installing it numerous times. I have been back and forth with battlenet support and they basically told me it was either my computer or programming that was stopping the installation. I have changed my settings on my firewall, tried to install it from my disc and the website, deleted every program associated with WOW that downloads every time I try it, and I'm on the administrator account to my computer. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have tried Time Warner and A&TT WIFI and it doesn't make a difference. The error always occurs at 4% data/enUS/3expansion, on the blizzard installer. Any suggestioins???

Please post your pc specifications. We can't help you if we don't know nothing of your pc configuration..

Try running the setup of the game on Windows XP compatibility mode, if you have Windows 7.
