MW3 can i play it with the Xpadder free Edittion?

please i wanna play this game and the only way to play it is the Pinnacle game but every 15 minute is kick me out i ask can i play this game with the Xpadder free edittion because i see theres a new version of Xpadder but is paid can anyone can answer me please im apretiate
