Windows installation freezes at 99% pls help fast

Hi. I have had a boot error and i have formatted my hard disk. I have inserted windows installation disk, it freezes at 99% at the first installation part, i cant even move the mouse. Pls help fast, tried everything ; writing from cell phone . I hAve no pc now , i even tried connecting my hard disk to another pc. and installing windows from there and it doesnt work. Any helpful aners will really be appreciated.

Download the latest installer ISO from blue link in post above to burn to DVD or write to USB stick using tool provided. Then try the install again following the steps in the tutorial.

If this fails test your hardware using HD maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan, test RAM for 5-6 passes with RAM - Test with Memtest86+.

Reset the BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS. While in BIOS setup set SATA controller to AHCI to try install. Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.

If these fail then wipe the HD using Diskpart Clean Command using the DVD to access DISKPART At PC Startup
