cant install any kind of programs in my windows

I have this problem:

I cant install any kinf of programs in my windows
it gives me different erros everytime

can you help me out please:

should I change or repair my windows?
or is it because of a program i have installed earlier?

can you describe the errors you receive because i can't open the pictures you've posted, you can use the attachment tool so i can view the generated type of errors ?
