I;m constantly plagued by BSOD, i get memory_management when it pops up, Ive tried uninstalling tons of different programs and running memory diagnostic tests and check disk on the hard drive always with no results. Im unsure what all i need to include but Ive attached my dump files. It seems completely random, sometimes ill be playing a game, sometimes defraggmenting or some times just sitting idle. I'm not sure if its related but i also have constant CRC errors. Any help is greatly appreciated, if you need more info just tell me what you need.

System:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
AMD Athalon II X4 635 2.90 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
16 GB RAM
1 Terabyte HDD

Two issues. AVG, and Mobile stream EasyTether ET shares your Android smartphone connection with your PC. Note: Located in \%Program Files%\mobile stream\easytether\

I would remove and replace AVG at least to test.

I note you have AVG.
AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

I would also update or remove easytether.

In the newest crash AVG is still installed, easytehter is the same date.

The crash was right before I uninstalled avg, I have been running memtest86 since about 6 hours after uninstalling avg. In that time I had no crashes but I will update if one occurs. In the mean time Ive found out that I have at least 230144 errors according to memtest86... I think I'm screwed.

How many passes does memtest86 do? It's completed 8 so far and found 512512 errors.

Memtest runs as long as you let it. With that many errors you can stop. it is either the ram, or the mobo slot. test individually (see instructions) to find which

CRC errors?

Have you finished testing with memtest? Did you take a known good stick and test each mobo slot?

Yes, i did the full process. I did need to re-download my files but that wasn't to difficult. Thanks for all the help, my problems are seemingly solved.
