BSOD error when installing Wi7 Ultimate

Hey there,

3 years or less ago i got given an Asus EEE PC 1005pe Intel atom 1,77GHZ
with a 250GB HDD. the laptop crashed and i got told the only way to fix this problem was to reiinstal windows
(The problem was a BSOD with the error of ntfs.sys do not try and help me fix this problem because it won't be resolved)
So i got a program from microsoft or whatsoever that puts Wi7 on a Flash Drive install it (i bought a product code).
whenever i insert the USB Flash drive in the asus laptop it will boot via that USB Stick and give me a BSOD stop message ntfs.sys.
I am trying to install Wi7ultimate over my Wi7Starter.
Don't tell me to fix the problem by any recovery mode or launching something because i cannot acces my Wi7Starter.

i don''t have the Windows CD (because its a netbook)
if i do not find a solution i need to go up to my guardians and tell them i wasted their money on a product code.

and by the way can i put my PS3 Proccessor in My Pc?

Is your processor 64 bit capable if you're trying to install 64 bit Win7? If not install Win7 32 bit.

Confirm the Win7 ISO download and write to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with Win7 in drop down menu.

If this fails then reset BIOS to defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Wipe the HD before install using Diskpart Clean Command.
Test your HD using maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan, followed by Disk Check run from installer Command Line (press Shift+F10 at first screen) on a full disk partition you create and mark Active to try install, following step 2.2 here: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Next remove all but 2gb RAM to try install. Swap RAM sticks, check for debris is slots, test your RAM - Test with Memtest86+.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals.
