I couldn't find driver for Motion Eye (build in web cam) on my laptop Sony VAIO, model number VGN-CS16M , operating system Windows 7 Ultimate 64.

Could you please share the link where I could download this?

Hello relaxed and welcome to Seven Forums.

The usual location to get drivers for a Sony Vaio is at the Sony website. But nothing pertaining to the webcam was listed under the Download tab. All I can suggest is to use their Contact Us link at the lower left of the webpage and ask customer support where they've hidden the webcam driver.
