Solved Problem getting my girlfriend's Samsung R510 Webcam to work

Later today I removed Windows Vista and put Windows 7 on it and for some reason even though I have all the correct drivers installed, Windows does not think there's a camera on the computer when it's built in. Can someone please guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Laptop is a Samsung R510

Where did you get the drivers? If you didn't download them from Samsung, then I'd wager that's your problem.

I got them from Support for NP-R510 it didn't seem to work, then I gave up for the night and turned it off, turned it on this morning and it started working not exactly sure what or why it happened lol.
