How can I learn which file is affected in Right-Click--Undo?

At right click, Windows has an option for Undo Rename, Undo Move, etc. How can I learn which files are being affected when I click that?

You get that option immediately after you have moved or renamed a file etc; so it only affects that specific action for the one file.
Often renaming\moving files can impact how things work, like they don't work properly anymore, it's a quick way to put things back how they where.
Similarly with the restore files option inthe recycle bin.
