BSOD when running Netflix or youtube

I have been trying to help out a friend with his computer which runs fine except when on Netflix or you tube because it yields BSOD 0x00000124 error after a few minutes. The computer is an HP Slimline s3700y with an AMD Athalon X2 64 3 Gig ram, and a Asus m2n61-AR motherboard. I have replaced the Hard drive due to numerous chkdsk scans on start, and PC Tools flagged it as bad. So the computer has a clean install of Windows 7 32 bit and still yields the same error. I have also changed the thermal paste, disabled the on board video card and installed a new video card, and even changed out the RAM to no avail. I am left with power supply, CPU, and motherboard, but PC Tools says all 3 test good.

I have attached the dump files to this post.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello and welcome to Seven Forums.

BCCode 124 is mainly caused by defective hardware, here the cause it likely the CPU. Stop any overclocking if any.

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling.

Test your RAM, RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Post back with your results.

Prime 95 ran for over two hours without any errors or workers shutting down, and memtest86 tested good as well.
