Windows 7 Cursor keeps disappearing

Cursor disappears on the right side of the screen, and am unable to turn right whilst playing games.

Have changed graphics card but am still having a problem.

Any suggestions please?

Do you mean that on the right half of your monitor, the cursor disappears and won't return when you mouse back over to the left side of the monitor? Or if you mouse it off-screen to the right, it won't return?
