Hi,
I have a problem with accessing secured wireless network using my laptop. when I try to connect the laptop to the wireless network, the router refuses the credential even if it's correct. I think that this is a something related to the encryption method but I don't know how to change it because the network is not exist in the "Manage wireless network" screen, so would you please help me

Find a way to get into your router (Ethernet cable?). You're probably right, sounds like an encryption setting, maybe a mac address filter?

but the problem appeared on all secured network not a specific network so I don't think that it's a router issue

Check your computers time and date as this can cause issues if it is incorrect with secure websites!
