I can not access my external drive samsung s2

Hello when I connect my external hard drive the pc recognizes it but never gives me the option to open it and look for in computer terms is not the icon. The LED turns on but not flashing.:cry::cry:

I read here to go to disk managment and identify the disk and make rigth click and choose Change Drive Letter and Path. but when I do a right click I have no such option :cry:

I'm trying to retrieve the data with Easeus but the free version only recovers 1 gb.
