No Windows Update since 6/12/12?

Hey Guys,

My system has not received a Windows update since 6/12/12. Running Windows 7 Professional and MS Office 2010 Professional. Windows is set to update automatically for everything including "non microsoft updates". Is this normal/unusual? Everything is running smoothly, etc. Just wondering what the deal is. Thanks in advance for your assistance...

I have received many updates since 6/12, although many of mine refer to Microsoft Essentials, which you may not use.
Go to Start Menu> Windows Updates and apply them manually.
