Executables crashing for no reason

Hello.

I have come across an issue lately that is kinda pissing me off. I installed iTunes in order to update my iPhone but for some unknown reason after I installed iTunes many of my executables crash for no reason. When I say crash I mean they won't even start up. The executables that crash are random each time and when I do a system restore it gets fixed till it gets messed up again. It even seems to happen after a clean installation of Windows.

The exact crash report of each executable looks like this:

Code:

I am not sure what the english translation of these labels could be, I am using the Greek version of Windows 7.

Here's a screenshot too:

This happens also in Microsoft's pre-installed games (Minesweeper, Chess etc) EVERY time (in addition to the random executables).

Do you guys have any idea what could be causing that? I also want a permanent fix. I am not really fond of system restoring each time this happens.

I don't really see how a BSOD dump file could help you with my issue. I am not getting any BSOD.

I didn't fix anything. You can see in $evtx_app_dump.txt that chess.exe is has crashed. That's the problem I've got. Every application crashes for the same exact reason.

Given this happens with a fresh install, there may be a problem with your Windows installation. Please follow the Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions. Post the results in your next post; do not start a new thread.

I don't think it's an installation problem. I've used the same Windows CD before and it was fine for more than 3 years. As I see it throws exception code c0000005 which is access violation exception. Can it be my RAMs? I've been getting BSODs with "Memory Management" reason lately but I didn't really think it could be related to the executables.

I am afraid your installation is not genuine. Non-Genuine Windows contains security leaks and also cannot be properly updated which may result in instabilities and blue screen crashes. If you were not aware that your Windows was Non-Genuine, contact your seller or the company that provided the seller and file a complaint. Also let Microsoft know of the problem.

I am sorry, but due to forum rules, we may not assist you further unless you install a genuine version of Windows 7. Once you have installed a genuine version:
Please follow the Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions. Post the results in your next post; do not start a new thread.

How come I can use Windows Update and download updates normally then? My computer updates just fine and I've got no "Your windows is not genuine" message. No TBH I didn't know it wasn't genuine cause I've been using the same CD since Windows 7 came out and I didn't encounter any problem. It just started happening some days ago.

Run Description of the update for Windows Activation Technologies

and

Genuine Microsoft Software

and then post back your MGA Diagnostics report as you did before. Your installation is the default installation with no license key attached. The fact that it is activated means an exploit was used. You may be able to download and install updates, but parts of those updates are being blocked and may result in a buggy OS and/or security vulnerabilities that leave you and your system compromised. You will need to obtain a valid copy of Windows for your own security and so your system will work reliably.

It seems my installation is indeed not genuine, my friend installed it for me.
So no help unless I buy genuine Windows?

I'm afraid not. We cannot help people who do not have Genuine Windows due to forum rules: http://www.sevenforums.com/general-discussion/8-forum-rules-info-please-read.html. Once you get Genuine Windows installed, I would recommend you start a new thread if you have any problems. I have seen installing Genuine Windows resolve crashes in the past, so that may be the only problem you are having.

Best of luck.
