Hi, I purchased this from ebay

eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d

and can't get it to work on my pc. It keeps saying cannot work on my OS. I have Windows 7 Home Premium.

Seller advised disabling my anti-viruses but it still won't work and they have not returned my latest query. :cry:

Can anyone help please? :geek:
