Dropped laptop - BSOD

hey guys ive never needed to use a help site before but yesterday i dropped my laptop, the screen went black for a short moment before getting the blue screen. Now everyime i start up my laptop it gets the BSOD, i tryed running the startup repair but it detects no problems. I booted into safemode and got the following message

im using an acer aspire laptop with windows 7 64 bit, which was installed by a computer tech last time i had troubles with it.

I dont really know anything about computers.

for some reason i cannot boot in safemode anymore, gets stuck on 'CLASSPNP.SYS'

Do not do a clean re-install yet. Backup your system, and then Acer Support: Frequently Asked Questions list for Recovery media and Restoring a system to factory load

Since you say that you dropped the laptop, then i would:
1. remove the battery
2. of course disconnect the cord to the mains
3. hold power on switch down for 30 seconds (helps in discharging components that store energy)
4. remove the ram
5. reseat the ram
6. disconnect and remove the disk drive
7 reinsert and reconnect the disk drive.
8. reinsert battery
9. connect to mains
10. power on.
