Solved How do I restart my computer

Once the computer is started, gets to this window and stays on this page,
I have tried the options after restarting the computer to no avail, and would appreciate any help you may be able to give me



IDE channel 0 . Slave Disk HDD S.M.A.R.T. capability .........Disabled


Verifying DMI pool data...............

CBPKS is compressed
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

The only reason it took so long is I am a geek or electronically challenged when it come to problems with computers.

Well thanks for the reply s to"How do I restart my computer" I have found the real problem, Which is a program named Deep Freeze, yes after chatting with my son, he has no idea of the password for this program.
My problem now is can I install win7 ? or any Ideas on getting rid of Deep Freeze???
