Different types of BSOD on "new" laptop

I really wanted this model because it had a half-decent video card, the store i bought it from (Flanco) only had 3 exposed one (as in exposed in showroom) and the one i bought went through service because of a "minor keyboard problem". I can't return it without huge hassle because of stupid store regulations and even if i could, i can not find a better model for the money and also lose my 3 year special offer warranty

That was BS.

I have two types of errors on this machine: random complete freezes and random blue screens of different causes.

The first one i seem to have solved by giving priority to the network adaptor when booting.

The second one i need help with.

I'm pissed as hell to have spent my hard earned money on a broken "new laptop" , i need to know if this is a hardware problem or a software one(one blue screen rendered the "memory_management" message ,because i will go back to uni and need to fix it some time before that.

I installed the latest drivers for the video card, network adapter and AHCI. Amd also provided usb drivers in the AHCI package.

Note that i have not installed other drivers like wireless adaptor or HD sound in the hopes of making troubleshooting easier.

They happen 1-3 times a day.

UPDATE : it froze again requiring a shutdown and restart.

Have not found any logs produced following this, except for an unexpected system shutdown log.

Sent it in for repairs, will post results , though my expectations are very low.

Most likely they will offer me another laptop from the current offer - which is pretty bad, the offer i mean.
