Computer performing even worse after tweaks to apps running at startup

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to make my computer faster, as in - booting, or accessing files, but it seems to have gotten worse.

I have edited Windows 7 so that almost NO applications are running at startup
Gotten rid of some visual effects
and Defragged C:/

But now it is even slower than before
In case this is a hardware problem, these are my specs:

intel core i3
2.00GB RAM
HDD, not using SSD
Running Windows 7 Home Premium

Fill full computer specs, get an startup manager and post a screenshot of whats being loaded on startup.
