Different kind of mbr for windows?

I wrote my hdd to zeroes so i lost the original master boot table, i created a new one using parted magic (msdos) one, now i wonder if that is the best way to create one, i mean is that optimized or are better ones? Or it doesnt matter! Im using windows 7

I don't think it matters, ultimately. As long as the drive is formatted NTFS (typically) then it should be the same thing.

That said, if I wipe a drive I like using a Microsoft utility to format it. I prefer this method because some third party tools do not create the unallocated spaces at the beginning and end of hard drives that Windows needs to do occasional housekeeping duties.

You have the opportunity to create partitions and format the drives (creating the MBR) during windows install. Just use the Advance Setting option that comes up early in the install.
