Solved Forgotton windows password and laptop wont boot from cd, please help

I am tryin to fix a laptop here for a friend.

It is a Sony Vaio VPCEH

She has forgotten her password and im tryin to get back into it.

I have burned a password recovery program as an iso to a disk. it is defo working as an ISO because i have tried it on my own laptop and it boots into the program no problem.

The Sony laptop wont boot it from cd.

Any suggestion please?

Its ok now,it decided to boot for me now and i got it workin!

Im blaming th laptop for not booting first time but maybe i just missed something in my rage! it was pissing me off to say the least! lol
