Solved Cannot wake from hybrid sleep anymore

I used hybrid sleep for a year without any problems.

Suddenly, since this week, Windows can't wake from it. It starts loading, I can hear the fans and the HDD spinning, but the screen stays black.

I then have to power it off completely and turn off the PSU for a few seconds to boot into Windows again.

Everything else works fine (normal booting, restarting, regular sleep, hibernate...).

I already:
- reinstalled Windows
- tested RAM with Memtest
- tested the HDD for errors
- reset BIOS

Any ideas??

(Motherboard is a GA-EP31 DS3L, a SATA and a PATA HDD, 5450 GPU.)

A full clean install would remove any system problems so there is some hardware going bad I suspect. In your BIOS what voltages are listed for your PSU? There should be a listing for 3.3V, 5V, and 12V and should be within ±5% of those values.
Did you use the HDD makers diagnostic tool?
did you test each DIMM separately in different slots?

To help all of us would you please add your systems specs? Here's how: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html#post1530002
Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add desktop or laptop and whether self built.

You can easily copy/paste from within the app, no install required.

It was the PSU. The voltages appeared normal, but I switched PSU and now it's working again.
