Long delays at Welcome screen and subsequent black screen

i;ve been experiencing some unusually long delays at the welcome screen followed by a black screen that stays on for sometime. During the black screen, the cursor is visible and I am able to move the cursor.

The problems seem to start after I installed a long list of updates and SP 1.

Immediately after it reaches the desktop and before the icons appear, i see a small window titled "amd accelerator....." that disappears very quickly then the icons load.

Now, the asus ROG software always gives me a fan speed warning because i connected a corsair h70's pump power cable to the cpu fan plug so it keeps telling me the fan speed is too low. By right it should appear above the windows task bar but somehow on my system it appears BEHIND it.

I've googled and looked thru various forums and tips, including checking days of ntbtlog.txt, where
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS x4
Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\srv.sys
are the only ones that stand out. nothing else appears out of the ordinary.

some sites suggested changing back and forth the domain or workgroup. I've tried it. doesnt work.

I've even reinstalled the network drivers even though device manager shows nothing wrong.

There was a mention somewhere about 1 windows update K ----333 (the name ends with a 333 or something) causing boot delays but I dont have it installed.

I even went as far as disabling some startup services and programs but the problem persists.

I've attached screenshots of the msconfig and services.msc.
Do I need to show what programs i've installed?

Al right

But off hand.... disable everything that you see in the Startup... let us know how it goes...

have you tried this ???? how is the delay ??

Second all the dmp point to hardware failure.,,, mainly your processor Intel ....and process that did the BSOD.... is Linpack64.exe...

This part of Intel Burn Test..... Why were you stress testing the processor for ????? Your startup delay and blank screen has nothing to do with it !!!!!

So first step is to remove all the items from startup and let me know how the delay goes

i used linpack because i had some bsods and results point to raising vcore etc as a solution and i needed a way to see how much is enough. now, i;ve not faced any bsod after testing using linpack.
