Just built my new system, everything (hardware and software) installed without problem. I've now had several STOP errors occur when waking the machine after it's gone to sleep. Some times it will be fine, but every third time or so I get the BSOD. I've done a little poking around to see if there was an easy fix, but I'm a bit of a novice in this area and I can't find it.

Hello there!

Seems like of the crash is pointing to igdkmd64.sys i.e. Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers so I would recommend to reinstall it completely. Most of the times waking from sleep can trigger if an external componets are connected to USB so try to disconnected them. There is a slight chance it could be Hardware related since BUCKET_ID: X64_0xF4_IOERR_IMAGE_wininit.exe.

Run Hardware Diagnostic (RAM and hard Drive) Hardware Diagnostic | Captain Debugger
