Looking for Music Recording Software (preferably FREE)!!

I've started doing Quiz Nights and, for my Music section I'm looking for some software that will allow me to record 'sections' of my MP4 tracks.

Doesn't need to be anything too complicated, in fact the easier to use the better... :p

Suggestions, please
