Help..my win7 can't working

windows7 I can not access any programs because his login has been locked, when I entered in the log that is not locked then desktop turn black and start programs and others do not appear.

First of all there is no reason to have a password on your computer, truly this is what I believe.

And how do you just forget your password ??????

the first my computer no password, maybe my son click another program and then my computer becomes locked
