My Internet Connection Disconnects and LAN Card Stops Blinking After W

please help me i am in a big problem.
I have lost my cell phone and i dont have money to buy another.
and i have to contact a person soon its very important and internet is the only way now.
I am Using WIndows 7 Ultimate 32 bits.
The Problem Is.
When i Start my Pc.
My Manufacturer Logo Comes "Powered by ASUS"
after that Windows Loading Comes.
From the Backside of Pc.
I Can see the Wire into Lan Card and the green light is Blinking.
Just after windows loading is finished.The Lan Card Stops Blinking.
and After i put my password and login into my Account.
I see the Red Cross on Internet Connection and its Disconnected.
My Windows was working fine from the Last 4 Months.I Dont know what suddenly has happened.
Please Do not say me to check my Drivers or my wire , lan card etc....

Ive Confirmed that the Internet Connection is Enabled from my Internet Service Provider.
Ive Checked my LAN Card By using Another External One. "Still the Same Problem"
Ive Checked my Wire by using it on Friend's Pc.Wire is working fine.
Ive Re-Installed the windows.After Re-installing the Windows.Internet Works Fine.But Just after Restarting Windows.The Same Problem Comes.
Ive Performed the full pc scan for Spywares,Malewares Trojans and Viruses but nothing worked.
Please Help meeee ((((

Lan settings
Make sure Proxy is not checked.
