Ever since I reinstalled my OS, there has been seemingly random program crashes at random points in time.
So far the programs that have crashed are:
Steam
TuneUp Utilities
mIRC
Bittorrent
Chrome
iTunes
WinRAR
IE9
uxtheme service
They happen at random points in time, and apparently with all programs. Why does this happen?

Also, but unrelated to the topic above, Aero seems to randomly crash for a few minutes then comes back, all without telling me that it crashed.
