The card reader appears to plug into a internal usb connection. Which pretty much every single board on the market has, It's usually occupied by the front panel usb on your case though.
I suppose the answer would be yes, assuming you don't use the internal usb for the front panel.

Most MOBOs have more than one USB headers. Yours has one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 headers. Each header will support two USB ports. The reader you linked is USB 2.0. You would have to look at the MOBO to see if either of the USB 2.0 headers are available.

If your case doesn't have any USB 3.0 ports on the front panel, you might consider getting a USB 3.0 reader. That will give you faster transfers to and from high speed cards and, usually, will also give you at least one USB 3.0 port on your front panel.
