Can't access my email contacts in Windows Live

Hello,
Recently I lost the ability to access my contacts in my Windows Live account which I have synced to my regular email account. When I click on Contacts under WL a blank white screen appears. I can still add contacts by clicking on the add contact option when I view my emails but after that I can't access them...I also can't find a sync option to resync my contacts again...what should I do?

1) I'm not sure what you mean by syncing something (either contacts or a WL account) to a regular email account.

2) If you click on contacts in the main window of WLM a new window should appear containing contacts (either your signed-in contacts or your not-signed-in contacts, depending on whether or not you signed in). If instead you see something else, it may be that WLM needs to be repaired. Go to Programs and Features an highlight "Windows Live Essentials" and at the top click on "uninstall/change". The next window gives the option to "Repair".
